Shipping Options and Standards
HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?
It's easy to see how much shipping's going to cost. Simply add the product(s) that you're interested in to your shopping cart, select your country from the drop-down list and enter your Postal Code. A selection of shipping options and costs will be presented.
HOW LONG WILL SHIPPING TAKE?
For shipments within the USA standard shipping options include Next-Day, 2-Day, 3-Day and 4-5 Day FREE. All shipments include insurance. Orders must be received prior to 3:00PM EST to permit same-day shipping. Shipments are subject to delays beyond our control, including weather, equipment failures and stockouts. As couriers operate on a business day basis, weekends and holidays do not count as shipping days. For example, a Friday next day shipment will not be delivered until Monday.
Subject to export considerations, shipments to anywhere in the world are possible. Standard international shipping options include FedEx International (3 days estimated), USPS Global Express (4-5 days estimated) and USPS Priority International (7-10 days estimated). All shipments include insurance. Orders must be received prior to 3:00 PM EST to permit same-day shipping. Shipments are subject to delays beyond our control, including customs processing, weather, equipment failures and stockouts. As couriers operate on a business day basis, weekends and holidays do not count as shipping days.
DO YOU SHIP TO APO / FPO ADDRESSES?
Yes we do! We're pleased to offer USPS Priority Military shipping to all Air/Army Post Office (APO) or Fleet Post Office (FPO) addresses. When completing your shipping address information for an APO / FPO address please supply the Service Member's full name and rank, the APO / FPO address and the Zip code.
ARE SHIPMENT TO CANADA SUBJECT TO DUTY, HST OR PST?
Though shipments to Canada are duty-free, applicable HST/PST will be applied at time of sale. Current Provincial HST/PST rates follow: Alberta; 5% / British Columbia; 5% / Manitoba; 5% / New Brunswick; 15% / Newfoundland and Labrador; 15% / Northwest Territories; 5% / Nova Scotia; 15% / Nunavut; 5% / Ontario; 13% / Prince Edward Island; 15% / Quebec; 5% / Saskatchewan; 5% / Yukon Territory; 5%
ARE TAXES ADDED TO INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS, OTHER THAN CANADA?
